Wavelink Terminal Emulation to be Pre-Loaded on Latest Duros Mobile Computer

Partner relationships, multi-vendor support and customer service have led to industry’s largest partner network and customer base

MIDVALE, UTAH and TEMPE, ARIZ. — APRIL 7, 2009 — Wavelink Corporation and RMT Inc. today announced that Wavelink® Terminal Emulation software has been selected for the Duros™ 1214rugged mobile computer. This strategic agreement builds on the more than a dozen mobile device manufacturers pre-licensing and/or pre-loading Wavelink software. This number represents nearly all of the largest device manufacturers in the industry. As a result, Wavelink’s software is licensed and/or preloaded on more manufacturers’ products than all of its competitors combined.

Duros delivers a complete line of fully rugged computers for mission-critical applications deployed in challenging environments. The Duros 1214 terminal was specifically designed to meet the rugged atmosphere in warehouse and shipping environments. Each Duros 1214 will ship with Wavelink Terminal Emulation software pre-loaded and ready for activation by the customer. This gives Duros customers access to the industry-leading software for connecting their devices to host systems.
